Right from the beginning the name Lancia was connected with progressive and innovative automotive engineering. The pioneering work of Vincenzo Lancia included the De Dion rear axle, overhead camshafts, independent front suspension and the first self-supporting body. Under the direction of his son Gianni the famous Aurelia series with the B20 and B24 models was created, with which Lancia celebrated numerous successes in international motor sport.
Only 194 examples of the series VI were produced.
The vehicle presented here was completed on January 18th, 1958 and shortly after it was delivered to Sweden where it remained for more than 40 years. Later the car was extensively restored in Germany. The car is “matching-numbers!” (engine) and has a well-documented history. Several historical documents such as the original logbook and registration documents are available. This is an extremely rare opportunity to become the owner of a Lancia Aurelia B20 GT with rare central gearshift and LHD in an outstanding condition.
